our approach
We approached the project by first understanding the values and behaviours the internal brand was intended to promote. From there, we developed a visual identity that felt engaging and optimistic while remaining appropriate for a pharmaceutical environment. The focus was on creating a system that teams could connect with and easily recognise across internal touchpoints.
The Hive is an internal brand created for a pharmaceutical company to support team engagement and culture. The project focused on developing a clear and motivating visual identity designed to encourage collaboration, initiative, and an enterprising mindset within the organisation.
