The goal? Encourage the team to proactively hunt new opportunities rather than waiting for ideas to land. Our solution was “The Hive,” a vibrant and playful campaign built around the power of bees, a symbol of teamwork, exploration, and collective success
TA&O - Team Branding Campaign
Just like bees leave the hive in search of nectar, the TA&O team was encouraged to “bee creative,” “bee enterprising,” and “bee proactive.” This playful wordplay and fresh visual identity made the campaign impossible to ignore, fun, motivating, and anything but the usual corporate message. The Hive stood out within AbbVie as a fresh, human-centred campaign that motivated action, built team spirit, and reinforced the value of being proactive.
